Jacopo Mazzeo is a freelance drinks journalist and consultant. Although interested in all things fermented and distilled, his main expertise lies in wine and beer. Throughout the years, he has worked across different areas of the industry, including hospitality as a head sommelier, educator and market researcher. He now writes for trade- and consumer-focused wine, beer and drinks magazines; judges a number of international competitions; and runs his own blog, The Typing Cellar. Jacopo Mazzeo is also a Director of the British Guild of Beer Writers.
