Lolly helped to launch There’s A Beer For That in 2014 after 10+ years’ of experience working on various integrated alcohol and FMCG brands. She formed a successful digital and email strategy and launched their unique BeerMatch tool to pair beer with any meal, and created new partnerships with Britain’s Beer Alliance. In 2019 Lolly created and curated a television network of craft content for the adventurous, the artisan, and the ambitious - which took her on beer journeys the world over and led to her starring in her own USA 10-part series on beer and food tasting. Published in national newspapers for her work on beer and food pairing. Lolly presents to the trade about the value of beer and food pairing on restaurant menus, and also writes and presents about beer for consumers and is a regular consultant to brewers on beer launches and the new trend in CBD.
