Trends Taking Over the Beer World

With summer upon us, here are the beer trends you need to keep an eye out for.

Like Tony Stark once said, “Part of the journey is the end”, and we all felt it is exactly how the trends in the beverage industry work. For something to begin, something has to end but someone who will always win is the drinkers. With the vibrancy and innovations brought to light by the Industry, the drinkers will never run out of options to hop on if something runs of the trend since the quantity and quality of the beer is in abundance for us.

With that being said here is a list of trends most possible to pop in the beer market and the beverage industry in 2019.

Cannabis Drinks

It has become an impossible task in today’s routine to not read or hear about a new Cannabis infused drink, food, dog treats and now even in the coffee, this thing is almost everywhere and probably in your food too. CBD - infused beer is to be sold legally in some states of the United States and England, which explains a lot about why it stands a chance to be a trend in 2019. To solve the biggest issue of human history -- How to drink full heartedly and not regret the next morning in a hangover, CBD infused drinks has an answer to it -- CBD infused drinks do not cause any hangover the next morning, no matter the amount of consumption done. Since the drinkers have stayed skeptical to the idea of drinks infused in cannabis it will always be a topic of discussion in the market.

Low-calorie beer

For this one, we asked Joshua M. Bernstein, journalist, and author of The Complete Beer Course and Homebrew World, “This year, we’ll see health-consciousness take hold in the beer world,” he informs us. “You can only drink so many calorie-rich double IPA and imperial stouts. Low carbohydrate and non-alcoholic beer will be the next big thing for the trends in the beer market for the beverage industry.   Man, I wish I could drink 7% IPAs like I was 21 again, but those days are long gone.”

non-alcoholic beer

Non-Alcoholic Beer

Japan started this trend first when the country started the use of a hashtag #soberforlife and #soberlifestyle and started throwing early morning parties without alcohol or any other alcoholic beverage that resulted in the gain of the spotlight for Non-alcoholic beer. 2019 is a year for fitness and health non-alcoholic beverages will work as a tonic for non-drinkers as well. As there will be no alcohol in this beer it could be enjoyed by anyone and still taste like a real beer.

Locally Brewed Product

The most undivided aspect of craft beer has evolved drastically across the events of some years, with scanty, regional breweries ruling primarily in so numerous alternatives for multiple goals. Not most limited of which is its zest: it’s been long-drawn and said that the greatest beer, and particularly the most immeasurable IPA, is the purest one you can get, so it makes sense that as people become likewise instructed about that specific style, the ones that are produced, traded and consumed on the same propositions would be the most prevalent. The influence of the local brewery as a place for socializing — often in a family-friendly environment — can’t be overstated either. “We’re in an era of owning your hometown, your neighborhood, your backyard,” agrees Bernstein.

American Wild Ale

Wild Ales are also extending to establish themselves, as American breweries are turning aside from common sour habits and expectations, a course that should remain in 2019. These new-world sours are staying stoked by maintaining interest in kettle-souring, increasing Solera and barrel-aging plans and more. Solera beers are apparently the usual charming, with no two remaining the same thanks to a method that adds fresh wort to recently partially-emptied barrels. The result is a constantly evolving beer that can develop exotic, vibrant and unique flavors over time.

These trends are most likely to pop into the Beer market and could gain a fortune for the beverage industry while establishing new standards for the innovators in the game.
