After earning my Certified Cicerone accreditation in San Francisco in 2015 I travelled throughout Europe to understand every aspect of beer and its origins. I've gained an expertise in beer history, food pairing, brewing process, off flavour analysis and most enjoyably the relationship to the communities that these styles grew up around.  I am proud to have been selected as one of the jury for the 2015 Brussels Beer Challenge international competition and most recently the 2017 International Beer Challenge held here in London. After growing Brew By Numbers retail business and introducing a bigger, bolder and more exciting beer offering I’ve now moved on to Head of Beer for Brew Republic where I am search out the best beer in the world for a demanding clientele.
