Pete Hughes is the Group Head Brewer at the Brewhouse & Kitchen brewpub group, he oversees all aspects of the brewing side of the business from recruiting and training brewers to support brewer development and managing beer quality.

Pete believes that quality training and support gives brewers the skill and confidence to produce great beer and drive innovation in the industry.

Pete worked on and supported the creation of a new Brewing Apprenticeship Standard in the UK.  He is a qualified brewer and beer judge who has overseen the brewing of beers that have been awarded several international and domestic brewing awards
