I am a level 3 Advanced Cicerone®, who also holds WSET Level 3 in Wine, with experience in sensory, QC, brewing and wine blending. Formerly the Global Beer Educator at BrewDog, and Drinks Manager/Buyer for Côte Brasserie, I am now the Business Development Manager for the On-Trade at Boutinot Wines. I am a drinks writer and photographer, published in Pellicle magazine, as well as the founder and host of the educational podcast Beery Interesting. I sit on the advisory council for Drinks United, advising the board of directors on strategy and governance in furthering diversity, equity and inclusivity within the UK drinks industry.
