With over 15 years of experience across bars, restaurants and hotels, she has led cocktail and drinks programmes for leading hospitality venues across the UK and Europe.

Recognised for her expertise in flavour and sensory-driven drinks experiences, Zoe works with brands and venues to develop distinctive, story-led beverage concepts. She is also an author, educator, and regular industry speaker, contributing to the evolution of modern drinks culture.

Zoe brings her deep understanding of flavour, creativity, and commercial relevance to her role as a judge at the London Beer Competition, where beers are evaluated based on quality, value, and packaging for the on-trade and off-trade market.
