KHB Brewery & Distillery is a family-owned Icelandic producer crafting both beer and spirits, rooted in tradition and driven by quality. We began distilling in 2020 and brewing in 2021, combining modern techniques with deep respect for heritage.

Our distillery produces KHB Gin, Hólminn Navy Gin, and Landi – the original Icelandic moonshine – including an oak-aged expression. Landi draws inspiration from Icelandic history and folklore, reimagined with contemporary distilling precision.

At our brewery, we focus on expressive, well-balanced beers inspired by Czech brewing traditions from Plzeň, where craftsmanship, drinkability, and clarity are paramount. All our beers are unpasteurized, brewed without added sugar or preservatives, allowing pure ingredients, clean fermentation, and character to shine through.
