Brauerei Sutton is an independent, small-batch, artisanal brewery set up in the old butcher's shop in the Engelberg valley town of Dallenwil in Central Switzerland.  Since 2014 the English owner/brewer Tim Sutton has specialised in hand-crafting premium, unpasteurized/unfiltered, English-style real ales using traditional English brewing methods/ingredients and the perfect Swiss mountain spring water.
